It is between Salou and Vila-seca, about two kilometres from Plaça Europa. Walk from parts of central Salou, use local transport or take a taxi.
Some do, including the coastal ferry and private or water-sport offers. Most full catamaran cruises in this catalogue leave from nearby Cambrils, so check the meeting point.
The official list has nine beaches and coves, including Llevant, Ponent, Capellans, Llarga, Cala Font and Penya Tallada. Urban beaches have more services; the Cap Salou coves are smaller.
